Shipping

Supemo offers free and fast delivery within the continental United States on most orders over $50. Eligible items will be marked as such on the product detail page.

Delivery

We will ship from one of 48 warehouses in the US based on availability and proximity to your address, so your order will arrive in the quickest time possible. We will make our best effort to ship your order on the same day it is placed. If that is not possible, we will ship any in-stock items on the next business day. Products shipped via third-party providers and large or heavy items require longer delivery lead times.

FREE Shipping Policy

Most items are eligible for our FREE Shipping Over $75 promotion. Please see the product's detail page to find out whether it is eligible. Shipping will be calculated based on weight and overall dimensions for any items in your order that are not eligible for free shipping.

If your order subtotal is below $75, you can take advantage of our flat-rate shipping of $6.95 on all items that do not ship via freight.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or to an APO or FPO address. UPS standard rates apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Standard USPS rates apply to orders shipping to APO and FPO addresses.

Additional Freight Surcharge

Furniture and other large and/or heavy items may be subject to a delivery surcharge. These charges are based on the overall size and weight of the delivery.

Freight delivery is only available within the continental US.

APO & FPO

We can deliver most items to APO/FPO addresses. USPS standard rates apply.

Guaranteed Express Handling

For a minimal rate of $2.99 per order, we can put a rush on processing. Orders placed before 4 pm EST will ship the same day.
